Jayflex has more than 20 years experience in the construction of reinforced concrete infrastructures, ground slabs, and industrial foundations

Jayflex have provided concrete foundations to a variety of projects such as aircraft hangars, concrete batching plants, residential developments, steel framed buildings, rail loading facilities, waste transfer stations and power generation plants

The concrete placing, formwork and steel-fixing is carried out by the company's directly employed work force.
 
   
 
 
Jayflex have carried out pours of up to 500cubic metres of readymix concrete in a single working day.
The company prides itself on it's ability to work to high tolerances incorporating complex design details such as holding down bolts and radius framework
   
 
Examples of completed Works
Foundations to support a biomass 'waste to heat' power plant which will provide 70% of the energy requirements of Tate & Lyle sugar refinery in East London, together with a continuous export of a 2 to 3 MW supply to the National Grid.
 
   
 
 
30,000 gallon, 15m high, reinforced concrete water tower with roof mounted pump house, clad in facing brick and architectural stone detailing, to match adjacent Headquarters building for International Corporation located in Windsor.
